Where is Pennsbury Manor? That's a time period I'm interested in. The apple orange pie sounds good. Several years back, I tried a historic salmon cooked in red wine and orange slices dish from one of the "Two Fat Ladies" cookbooks from when they cooked as theme meal in a historic house. It was pretty good.

Pennsbury Manor is on the Delaware River in PA, about half an hour or so north of Philadelphia. The website is here.
