Hope everyone is OK and not too freaked out about London going weird. I find it very hard to believe that anything bad ever really happens, so it is very strange to see the evidence - gosh Clapham Junction was a mess when I walked through this morning, and Indiejob's warehouse in Enfield has burned down with all our stock in it. Blimey...

I'm extremely freaked out, but Croydon seemed so peaceful this morning. Very glad you didn't head out into it all last night.

Yes, Flora rose to the occasion and let me have her room for the night. Given that my route home would've gone through Croydon and Clapham Junction, it seemed best to stay put...

I'd heard about the record warehouse on twitter and I did wonder if it was related to Indiejob. I'm sorry to hear that - bad news for the company.

I had to skirt round the Hackney disturbances to get home. Scary and disheartening. I kind of want to just curl up in a ball and sleep now.

Yeah, I thought of you and my other Hackney chums and wondered how on earth you were getting home around poor old Mare Street. Glad you're OK.

Yes, there was a fire engine pulled up outside it this morning and fire fighters going up to the windows above the shop. Poor Party Shop, and Dub Vendor too. Hope things are OK in Collier's Wood.

Oh, I'm fine, don't worry about me! Fortunately, my beloved production department here are marvellous and managing to pull things together, but smaller Indiejobs might not be so fortunate.

My friend in Hackney, however, who's posted photos of police/yoof war occurring outside her front door, is freaked out and understandably so.
