Flippin' heck Livejournal, it's almost two weeks into the new year and I still haven't posted anything! I fear this is the way things are going to be now. Oh, we were in Paris until the 31st Dec, so we must have just missed you! And good Lord, yes, wasn't it FREEZING? (And don't French people have a way with a scarf?) I was not expecting that. But we do have gorgeous, gorgeous pictures of all the fountains with icicles hanging off them.

I was expecting 1EUR=£1, but I was expecting it in a "if I expect the worst, maybe I'll get a nice surprise when it turns out that the 200EUR I withdrew was actually only £180" way. But no, the 200EUR I took out of my account was £200.32 exactly. AIEE!

Oh, if you liked the skeletons and things in jars they do a quite interesting free lunch-time tour of the Hunterian Collection at the Royal College of Surgeons round the corner from John Soanes House. Its kind of cool in a slightly macabre way.

Glad Paris was good, I haven't been in ages and ages.
