This is absolutely fascinating. I'm especially fond of your analysis of the Montparnasse/Javert one, everything came across so clearly and it worked so well.

Edited to add: also, reading the sausage for things I've never read by you, makes me want to go and read them now.

What did you want them to take away from it?
That Javert is fucked-up and repressed and also well-endowed, that being buggered =/= being "pwnd", and that Montparnasse needs to be paired with everyone.
