sorry about your knee! that sounds so painful and stressful!

calcium, magnesium, and zinc compete for the same absorption, so if you are also taking two or three of those they might be cancelimg out. I take them in a single supplement which ia supposed to balance them out.

Thank you! I'm just hoping the x ray will tell us if anything is torn or just inflamed...

I am switching the zinc to dinnertime, and alone, and magnesium during the day. My calcium is good, so I don't take that as a supplement!

Actually I've heard this before. I think I saw it on TV. There was a young woman who suddenly got huge swollen legs. I can't remember what the cause was, but OMG! :( .....

I'm so sorry!
I hope you get better soon!!! *huuugs*

Oh man that sucks!

Even when I was skinny though, I've always had big legs to go with my big butt. I just have a lot of additional issues because I'm "knock-kneed" aka the bones in my legs are deformed in such a way that they turn inward instead of my kneecaps facing out. But my knees being fat is pretty strange, and they were always big in comparison to my size - link to a pic of me when I was 14. In that picture you can see that I was thin, but my knees were quite large and ill-defined!

I really don't think it looks bad at all.
But of course, if it's causing pain and other difficulties, that sucks. :(
