Games, love, life

I for real want to cry about having to rewrite. It's like the most depressing thing in the whole world.

I didn't realize it's already been 10 days since my last entry. Time is going by really fast what with working nearly every day and stuff like a normal human. I started school today. I'm on my final class before my degree, a senior capstone ( Read more... )

You HAVE to tell me how Tales of Symphonia goes. I'm one of those people who an ending can ruin a game for me (if it sucks), but I don't want to know any details. I've been meaning to play it, and every time I get GameFly, I always put it in my queue, and then NEVER get to it, because I get so wrapped up in the other games. Sigh. I really feel there just isn't enough time in Adult Lives for video games. Which is a shame, because I think they're more puzzling and interacting than any TV show in the world, and people seem to think TV is perfectly normal. Adults should play more video games ( ... )

So far, ToS is amazing. It's one of Steve's Favorite Games of All Time (and he's beaten like 600, literally. Others include Chrono Trigger, Heavy Rain, The World Ends wih You, Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, and Xenosaga III). The story is actually going really well, and it has a unique battle system from other games. It's quite challenging for battles, but not so much that you spend hours re-fighting the same boss. I'll let you know how the ending goes if I ever get there! Steve's beaten Phantom Brave but I have yet to try it - I think because it IS so long! So many great games! I 100% agree. Gaming is not any worse than watching tv, and is way more interactive. And pretty! And fun ( ... )

God I loved the Tales games. Tales of Eternia/ToD 2 was my favorite. I dislike game cube in general, so Symphonia was kinnda "do not want".

You're pretty fortunate to have such an understanding boyfriend. Just saying is all. Most 20something guys are mega assholes.

Also, I am very glad those Horde arm warmers aren't yours. FOR THE ALLIANCE!

You have some absurd knitting skills. I wish I could knit. :(

Yeah, my previous relationship of 5 years was to an asshole... I pretty much decided I was done with them by the time I met Steve. I was actually afraid to date him because I thought I would destroy him; he's too nice. I consider myself lucky every day. He's eternally optimistic and patient, which really helps for when I'm stressing or freaking out.

I never owned a GameCube, and besides playing Super Smash Brothers Brawl I've never played any other games for the GameCube. I'm playing it on the Wii - Do you not like the GameCube's controller?

And hahaha I hate Alliance :P My main was a Healy Tauren Druid yessss I leveled as boomkin until like 62 ^_^ (that asshole ex I told you about stole her though so I don't play WoW anymore)

Thanks! There are some things I refuse to try, like socks or sweaters, or most things that require very specific sizing. I like cute fun things and relatively immediate gratification :D It's a good way to pass time, and also makes great gift ideas.
