I'd been putting it off for some time, but it had got to the stage where the damn thing wouldn't shut properly and we were all at risk of food poisoning!

hmmm.. it may be better if they live at yours til our next food extravaganza, if you don't mind? I wasn't planning on baking for a while anyway.. the memory of Lumpehcake lives on :D that reminds me actually, I need to get a dish for making lemon meringue pie *nom*
