We made the mistake of booking our flights using my wife's married name instead of her maiden name. The woman at the Philadelphia airport almost didn't let us come home because her ID didn't match the reservation.

I thought of that! We booked under my maiden name and I'm even using my old luggage tags with my maiden name so everything will match up. We almost didn't get to come home from Riviera Maya 3 years ago because someone swiped our travel documents! Scurry, scurry... :-/
