Merlin and Arthur having a tradition of first day at the fun fair made me grin as did the tradition of Merlin eating tons of crap and throwing up all over himself. This was also grin inducing: And God! The way Merlin licked his fingers after every piece of candy floss. It really shouldn’t be allowed to do such an obscene gesture in public. Wasn’t there some kind of law prohibiting this sort of suggestive finger-licking? Thank goodness Percy broached the subject, I bet it would have taken months and months for either man to make a move.
