So, for anyone who was wondering where I've been all weekend, I'll just sum it up by saying that clearly I or one of my housemates has angered the Gods of the Internet (if it was me, then whatever it was, I'm sorry!), because our service has been down since Friday morning. Apparently it's a combination of bad weather and freak technical accident
