Wow! I really like this! Poor Mike, now he's REALLY involved in the supernatural! I hope he swallows his pride and asks Vicki and Henry for help before he loses his mind or gets totally addicted to pain killers.

I love this... love how it carries out Henry's fear of demonic influence when Mike wants him to help him remember the first vision -- how gifts from the dark side always carry a price. And I love how the vision comes home to roost in Mike's own pain. Looking forward to where you go with this.

I'm glad you're enjoying it. Henry's attitude towards the whole demonic gift thing was part of what inspired this. I was wondering what sort of price Astaroth would exact, how he would do it, and why.

Hey there! Wow, this is REALLY good! I had almost forgotten the visions thing in DD (what with all the fan flurry and all trying to save the show), and this story has me totally engrossed. I am heading over now to finish reading the rest of it :)

I haven't finished the story yet, but I had to comment on this before I forget. You wrote:

I just absolutely love this little bit of word-smithing! Great construction.

I love the whole premise of this story. They could do a spin off TV show :).
But slow down and give more detail. It feels a little too detached for me. Of course, that's just one woman's opinion.
