Now see, THIS is how the series should continue! Like you, I was pissed at how the writers iced the good agent, and just when we were barely getting a glimpse of his good side, too! You really have a handle on the character, and the story was very entertaining--please continue :)

I've liked Henricksen since Nightshifter. He seemed like he was basically a good person, and that made him a pretty cool antagonist, since he was going the same thing that Sam and Dean were doing... hunter monsters. When he found out the truth about the brothers, I was all "awesome!" and for a (short) while I was convinced that he was going to become a hunter... and then they killed him. I was so pissed.

Oh, yes, more please! I was hoping to read some Henriksen-becomes-a-hunter stories, and I like the way you've set him up as so methodical and driven.

He seemed driven, and intense, and so sure of himself to me. It was fun to watch him have his convictions turned upside down, and even cooler to watch how he came up solid and levelheaded even in the face of overwhelming weirdness. There aren't a lot of characters in Supernatural that manage that.

Well, this one is going to be a two-parter, but I've already got a second story planned. It's going to be called "Piranhas in a Barrel," and Sam, Dean, and Henricksen will team up to fight some vampires. There will also probably be some Bobby, cause, you know, Bobby is awesome.
