Yay! This SO made my morning! I gotta say, you got the characters down pat, and I love the concept. Also, kudos for coming up with the whole destroying the soul in order to move into Mike's body angle---really creative. So UR not gonna write anymore about this? Oh :( I don't mean to sound ignorant, but what is this VS that you were referring to in the LJ cut up top? In any case, thanx a lot for sharing this and by all means, keep writing fic! Oh and BTW: no sweat on posting this on Monday morning--technically if UR still awake when you post it, no matter how late or early in the morning, as long as you havent' gone to sleep, it is STILL Sunday :)

The VS is the virtual season (which is distinct from the blood_ties_vs LJ community). The forum can be found here: http://z15.invisionfree.com/BTVirtualSeason/index.php?act=idx
and there should be a webpage up soon. Basically, the VS is a project by a group of fans to create a "season" of fanfics while we wait to hear about the show. The will be 22 "episodes" and we're trying to stick with the feel and themes of the show. I'm writing 2 or 3 of the episodes.

I might continue this... I do have some ideas, but for the moment I'm going to let it sit while I work on my VS episodes.

Good story. :) I like how at the end, there is still damage to consider from what has taken place -- it's not all wiped away. This is nicely consistent with the series, and it works well here. Looking forward to your VS story.

Fantastic. The Vicki/Mike verbal-sparring-as-affection is especially spot on, with the extra layer of trying to be careful with each other in the middle of it.

And the notion of Astaroth trying to destroy Mike's soul to make room for more of him than the "piece" that possessed Coreen is enough to give me nightmares! Very, very well done.

Oh LOVE the Angst betwen the characters !!
