Yes house buying is stressful! Especially when you both have to agree on the place, and you have totally different ideas of what you want! Still we are all moved in now, and really enjoying it. From the listing on realestate.com I wasn't expecting this place to be as great as it is :-) Hope you find one soon - and you'll get that huge first home owner's grant! yay!
