His Japanese is Tokyo - he learned from his parents and while he does have a good handle on Okinawan dialects, normal Japanese is just more natural for him. Plus the five years living in Tokyo. :Db

I imagine that even when she uses English with him, Ryo just replies in Japanese anyway. xD

I was basing it off what was going on in Come Again the two times they've met. :D But yeah, she'll use Japanese all over him and if he replies to her English with Japanese she'll...

Well. Who knows. She'll either keep nattering in English or swap over to Japanese.

Actually, Yesung probably hears a fair amount of Japanese. She uses it when she talks to herself, when she's sleepy, and when she wants to cuss!

He probably tunes out the Japanese when she's around the apartment. Why bother focusing on it? It's not like he has a chance of getting what she's going on and on (and on) about. : ))

I know he doesn't! But she would learn it FOR HIM. She knows a few words thanks to her soap operas.

Even in English he doesn't have much of a chance of getting what she's talking about.
