Back from Japan. Came down with hideous cold-bug thing and spent my last day in Japan flat out in bed and taking the local equivalent of Lemsip.Then came the long haul flight from Hell, 11 and a half hours in seats that should be banned under the Geneva convention as being "cruel and inhuman punishment" while breathing air so bone dry it reduced me
