Classes seem to be going pretty well so far. Travel Fictions and The Meaning of Ritual (my two Gallatin seminars) both seem great, even with all the work. I have two short papers to write for Meaning of Ritual on Thursday and I haven't even started them yet. Fun stuff. Comparative Politics is good, but it would be better if my professor spoke

i'm sending you a cd of artists that i heart so hard so you can assume the "i am more pretentious and indie than you" air so common to djs.
and then you will realize how cool it is that you can say things like "elliott smith's new album? yeah i heard it last week... right... it is due out next month sometime." and then you watch the boys fall down at your feet.
which is obviously why i do radio at wellesley. for the guys.
