This Sucks. I think you should say something. Is there anyway you can ask them for an office, I mean suggest that you should (deserve to) have one. Maybe you could talk to your boss and list the successful projects that you've headed -perhaps reminding them of how valuable you are. Showing them your "interest" and "passion" is in the quality of the job you do, not how successful you are at bullying others.
They may be trying to isolate that guy to keep office peace, but it's not fair that you pay the price of their inablity to deal with him.
that's the thing, there was only ONE office available for someone from my department, and he got it. So even if I give them a laundry list of accomplishments it doesn't matter, there's no where to put me. And they're not going to take it away from him and give it to me at this point.
