Need help reducing video file's size

Anyone know how to reduce the size of a video file. I recorded Kevin singing IWITW at the NKOTBSB show in L.A. Even though it's only part of the song, it's too big to load to Youtube. I'm trying to upload it to RapidShare but the upload time is expected to be 3+ hours

You can use a program called Format Factory and change the format of your vid.
If it's AVI you can choose RMVB.
The quality won't be the same, but you can try.
