What you do is post your phone number for your friend list, and when you get a call from a phone number you don't know or someone from LJ, you don't answer it and let them leave you a happy/cracked out voicemail.

if anyone wants my number just ask!

I would do this cause it would be kinda fun...but when I was living in NYC some random black man had my cell number somehow and would leave me these messages and call me like 3 times a day, everyday, for like 2 months until he finally got the hint. Also, he knew my name...which was fucking creepy because I don't have my name on my voicemail at all. I cried a little bit about it and then wondered who either A. wrote my number on some bathroom wall B. Fake numbered him with my name and number or C. fake numbered him and it happened to BE my number. Rar.
