I'm looking for tights for Victory. But not just any tights, I have a very specific kind in mind.

I think they're cable knit tights, but my google fu is failing me.

What I'm talking about have a knit texture and are a solid color. It kinds looks like you're wearing a sweater on your legs.

I got some for Miss Ellen at Old Navy. The knit is less pronounced than your picture (maybe because she's chunky and stretched them, maybe because they're Old Navy cheap) but they're cute, warmer than normal tights, and affordable. I bought red and white, but I think there was pink and black, maybe grey.
