On the other hand, we're a 12 -- and that's just ok by us. More hiking which might be a good thing to take advantage of. At just more than a mile away are a bunch of options from Subway and Safeway and the local neighborhood tavern to a small Chinese restaurant, Blockbuster, DQ, Pizza Hut, a small post office, a Party for Less, a liquor store and a drycleaners. 7/11 is only about 1/2 a mile.
And the walk is lovely with all those trees :>
