Going Back to England: Fourth Trip To England [Day 16]
Nic and I decided that today we would head out to Meadowhall as I only have a few days left until I go back home and I hadn't gotten much for my friends and family yet! When we got there we ate first as we were both super hungry! I find it really hilarious that over there you can get fries at a Chinese restaurant! I didn't think the combination would be good, so I just stuck with what I know. After that we went to Poundland, which has SO many different choices of chocolate and stuff that I pretty much got everything I wanted to get there and spent a hell of a lot less money! As I was getting up from my crouched stance (I was looking at some of the items there) I REALLY hurt my ankle again and I was nearly ready to cry. I love walking around the mall, but after getting the stuff from there I asked Nic if we could go back home because it was really hurting to walk. I've made a mental note now to not bring just flip flops to walk in for two weeks, the high arches in my feet really don't like it. I managed to stop on the way out so we could get some yummy cookies to bring home, but then I just really wanted to sit down and remain that way for the rest of the night! We spent the rest of the night relaxing while I kept my foot elevated and I was eager to see the new Torchwood, which, of course was good! I have to get up early, but didn't get to bed until after midnight. Uh oh! Haha
