Going Back to England: Fourth Trip To England [Day 12]
We didn't have to get up nearly as early as we did yesterday! I laid awake in bed for a bit before I gave up and went downstairs since I knew George would be up. Just as I was telling him that I was bored I heard PBo and Nic getting up so I went back upstairs, haha! I had to paint my nails a different color as I was doing another Amy outfit and she practically has a different nail color for each episode! I also had to straighten my hair, but once I was done with getting myself ready, I helped Nic do her hair and make-up as well as help PBo do his hair! By the time we got out of the house it was close to one, which definitely made it feel a lot more relaxed than the day before! Nic's dad tagged along as he wanted to spend more time with us <3 And he also has a very high quality camera so offered to take pictures of us! Once we got to Chatsworth, about an hour later, we didn't waste much time in taking photos! A lot of people freaked out at seeing 'the Doctor' there! Quite a few people were staring at us, but I didn't care! :) PBo and I were feeling pretty goofy and decided to climb some rocks, even though we definitely didn't have the best shoes on! As we were walking around I caught the end of a kid's sentence and heard: And Amy too! I turned around and he was so shocked that I had heard it, his eyes turned so wide! Haha <3
There was a maze you could go through and of course we had to go running through it all action-y like! PBo even had some Doctor Who music on his phone, so we played it as we ran through. I even heard someone yell: RUN DOCTOR, which just had me cracking up. It was soooo gorgeous at Chatsworth, I wish I had taken more photos on my own camera! It started to rain a little while after that, so we thought it'd be a good time to go and get some food. There was nowhere to eat indoors so we got our food and headed back to eat inside the car. I got a cheese and onion pasty, which was pretty tasty! It seemed we had good timing because as we were finishing our food it stopped raining! We took some more photos but we were all starting to feel pretty tired and didn't want to stay too late, especially since we wanted to go see Nic's granddad! George hadn't planned originally on coming with us, so Dennis was expecting him over later in the day, but thought that Nic and I would be out all day. So it was a nice surprise when we all showed up at his door step! He asked us if we'd like anything to eat and even though we politely declined he still gave us stuff to eat! Such a grandpa thing to do! <3 We stayed there for about an hour before we realized we should probably start heading back as we didn't want PBo to get home too late. Even though, when we got home we still spent about an hour there as we all got changed and Nic uploaded photos from that day's 'photoshoot'.
After we dropped PBo off at his house, Nic and I headed back to her house. But not before getting McDonalds! :) We spent the rest of the night just hanging out, definitely deserved after a fun but hectic weekend!
