Another Apple Pie recipe

Here is another Apple pie recipe which I made a few years ago. The pie crust takes much less time to make and also doesn't require as much kneading as the recipe I posted yesterday. Here it is:

Pie Crust

·            1.5 - 2 cups flour

·            2 tbsp sugar (optional)

·            1 tsp salt

·            ½ - ¾ cup oil or 4 tbsp oil
