PA is SO MUCH CHEAPER than NJ. T_T
I would look to buy a place that is NOT downtown. That would be a better buy. Best of luck to you both.

yea but it wouldn't be convenient for him to not live down town since that's where he works and has a lot of contacts and things.

houses in the burbs here do get really pricey and its boring as fuck to live there lol.

I say keep looking for places near Temple then. But BEHIND it not infront of it past thr train tracks. I hear thye are fixing up that area pretty nicely (so says my little brother who lives somewhere overthere).

haha don't live over there! its very crime heavy :/ last year people were being held up at gun point in their homes :x
