Of all the mistakes I have made in my life, teaching my dad the word "neko" may prove to be the most egregious.

At least he didn't mutilate it quite that badly. But after I facepalmed at his comment, he was basically like "Hey, at least I'm ~*~trying~*~ to learn something for you," and since then, I swear the word "neko" has replaced the word "cat" in his vocabulary.
