How awesome! Sorry the crowd was jerky at parts, but it really sounds like a fantastic time. And yay for French Toast!

Yeah. The quality of the bands we saw was awesome, and I wish that we could have seen a few more that ended up as scheduling conflicts, but alas. It was a good time.

And yeah, I almost forgot about the Lucero t-shirt conversation and the fact that all the people who like quality music and were older totally had this way of acknowledging each other.

So much fun today! :D

So much fun! I really had a great time. Especially watching mr hotass bass guy. :) He saluted you! Acknowledged!

There was such a split in the crowd - previous years seem to have been a pretty even mix among your typical concert-going ages, but this year it seemed very teenyteens and old skoolers. Probably more a factor of who we saw, but still.

I know, right? I do think though, that in large part, it was the mix in bands. There weren't hardly and mid-career bands, if that makes sense. They were bands in our age range or older, or almost all very young bands.

But I want to enjoy ice cream and gway, too!

Next time, you should come with us! It was a great time. RBF put on the most amazing warped set I think I've ever seen this year.

Huzzah! He is a silly little ageless wonder. I kind of love him a little bit.
