Grunting in frustration, the impatient Mord’Sith reached behind her and pulled a dagger from one of Kahlan’s boots. Before the surprised Confessor could say something, the blonde had already thrust the dagger down her cleavage and cut the laces of her nightshirt. With a gasp of equal shock and arousal, Kahlan just stared up at an accomplished Cara.

“It was in my way,” Cara just shrugged as way of explanation, letting the weapon fall to the floor and watching with hungry eyes as Kahlan just grinned and scooted from beneath her and up the bed, discarding her clothes as she went.

Maybe I received your vibes or something *chuckles* Uncertainty is anything but forgotten. *chuckles* yes, extra long chapter. I'm really sorry it has been so long since I updated :( I always want to update as soon as possible, but this time as I told you gmail didn't help...and then there's normal RL things that get in the way *huffs* Anyway, the story is still going and I'm still excited to write it :D I'm not done yet,lol. So just have a little patience, I'll definitely keep posting :)And I'm so happy that you enjoy it that much. Having someone you enjoy your story is always an incentive to write!A big one! Oh my this is one of the best fics I've read for a long time for this pairing!!!!!!!! It just sucked me in.. and I usually don't read that much Cara/Kahlan anymore, but this tells me I should! I really love the way Cara teases Kahlan and Kahlan is so oblivious to it. I usually post my favorite lines, but I would probably put the hole fic in here ;) This is really awesome! (and the hotness of the love scene when Cara is pressing Kahlan against the door - OMG!) *faints like Kahlan*
