Title: Two Halves

Summary: The raging blackness and the heavy burden of life. Two men who are like gods meet, and the Universe becomes whole.
A/N: I was sleepy. Late at night makes me ridiculously poetic.

You write with such beautiful imagery, m'dear!

I particularly liked these lines:

Light bled into shadow while shadow bled into light, and a bond of eternity and forever more was formed.

and

When the Light fades,
And the Darkness consumes,
The seas will roil and the stars will burst,
And the universe will begin anew.
And the two will return, and begin the dance
Again.

Thank you! It's easy to write the SuperBat pairing because they're just so... complex. They have to make everything hard, they have to torture themselves (in Bruce's case). It's a brilliant contrast of two people who are so different, yet utterly belong together.

I was really tired, and my mind was like,

"Let's spit out poetry in prose form!"

And I ended up with that.

So my mind is a genius when sleepy, I take it? Or atleast very poetic.
