I hope you never stop writing Dean/Castiel both for your phenomenal storytelling talents and that your portrayal of both characters is the best I've ever encountered. Even super-talented destiel "classic" authors like Mclachlan and peroxidepest make Castiel too formal, or have him say things in ways I could never picture him saying, and zatnikatel...I've tried really hard to like her work but it never feels like I'm reading Dean and Cas.
I also have to say this: I like your Dean better than canon Dean. You've given Dean an extra layer of affection, openness, sensitivity, and understanding toward Cas (even without the romantic elements) that canon Dean lacks, and it only serves to make him more likable.
I do plan on sharing my thoughts on The Spirit, the Water, and the Blood eventually, but I think my next long review will be for Torn. Stay tuned. :)
