OK, am I going to have to actually watch Arrow when it hits Netflix? People keep talking about how awesome it is, but I keep resisting starting any more shows I have to watch as they air.

I always look longingly at those but I know it will never work. I can't tell you how many prompt tables and bingo cards I've signed up for with the best of intentions./o\ (Which does remind me, I have to remember to get something written for kink_bingo before amnesty ends.)

I looooove Arrow. Loves it. But I say that with the caveat that I am a huge comic book nerd (although this is the first time I've ever cared all that much about Green Arrow) and this show is exactly My Kind Of Thing. It's got really interesting takes on characters and what (to me, anyway) is a good conspiracy arc plot going on and just incredibly geeky casting. My big problem with Arrow, I think, is that I've never really been a DC fan; Marvel has always been more my speed (though that might just be because I have this crush on Wolverine). So I'd be sitting there watching it and knowing that any given person, item or event might be a reference I was missing.
I must say the guy playing Ollie, though...I'll just be in my bunk.
