Wow that was amazing. The way Dean looked after Cas was so sweet and he made him feel at ease chatting away so Cas would be able to think about something else other then the pain. It was also very very hot Dean knew how to look after Cas in more ways then one. Brilliant.

Oh, that was lovely. Castiel turning to Dean even though he's not supposed to, Dean talking him through the pain with a story, letting Castiel know he understands what torture does to a person....

I love the trust that allowed Castiel to do all this, despite his being 'reprogrammed'.
