I liked this, but thinking about what we actually see of Coulson in the movies - why does everyone assume that he's a nice guy? All we really know is that he collects Captain America cards and shoots things, it's not exactly a well-rounded personality...

Excellent. I love the idea of Fury shouting louder than Death and Phil knowing exactly what's happening and not being pleased by the light. Also awesome Clint/Coulson/Natasha!
