Ohhhhoh, Claire! Castiel! I'm always fascinated by 2014!verse snippets, and this was a great example. I'm glad they were able to find a few moments' connection, even if it couldn't last.

I love the idea that Claire and Cas could meet again and I especially love it when it happens in the 2014!verse. This fic is so painful to read, particularly the "can we pretend" part, but so realistic. I can just see it all happening before my eyes. Beautiful story! T_T
