Fox will start its fall season with a two-hour “Prison Break” on Aug. 25. “Break” will then shift to 9 p.m. with the return of “Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles” as its lead-in.

So as it turns out, season four of PB will be it's last according to Wentworth:
In a press conference miller reviled that the 4th season of 'Prison Break' will also be the last one. It's going to be the bloodiest season as Michel and his brother will try to revenge the death of Sara.
