Welcome back:)
Do you do animes? It's fun to draw those characters...they have such cute features. Anyway I have a question. I'm doing a lot of pencil art with shading these days, but I would love to use the computer to add colour to my art. Do you know what software I can use to do that? and is it hard to learn?

Usually your best bet would be to use Photoshop. It's fairly easy to get used to, but it's very expensive. Here's a few of the prices I found for Photoshop 7:

Adobe Store price: US$649.00 Full; US$169.00 Upgrade
Signature Electronics Inc.: US$349.00 Full

Now, you're best bet is to try to find it on eBay. I use Photoshop 5.0 when I'm doing the coloring, though I'm still learning how to make it look good. And, somewhere amongst my many accounts, I have a few artist friends that are a lot better at doing these kind of things than I am, so if I can hunt them down, I'll point you towards them.

wow, I see what you mean about the prices.
Did you do your icon? It's nice, he looks like a detective or someone from the mafia:)

I'd better stick to pencil and pen art for the moment. Afterall they sell too.
Do you post your work for all to see?
I'm not able to scan my work because I do very large drawings...i'll have to get a bigger scanner first. Plus, I'm a little bit afraid of having my work copied...know what I mean?

Thanks heaps for the info.
