yesterday i woke up and could not believe the weight on the scale...
way WAY too high.
how could i have gained so much in like, 2 days?
i think something is wrong with my scale, i think it was wrong when it said i was losing before.

Hey hun, don't beat yourself up over weight gain/loss that happens over just a few days. You have to look at the big picture. There could be so many reasons why you'd "gain" weight over night, and before you know it, it's gone again. I know the feeling though, like you're completely helpless and like all the work you've done have been just meaningless. I always tell myself "ONE DAY! One day, I'll show myself and everyone else who may care, I CAN do this."
Periods sucks though... not gonna argue there.

Anyway, about your weight let me say something, our metabolism sometimes slows down and it seems that we are not loosing any weight but in fact gaining some, but that's B.S, once your metabolism start working normally you'll lose that weight. And you just said that you got your period so definitely that was the main cause and probably you didn't gain any weight you were just swolled.
Your day sounds just like mine, every single day I think about numbers, weight, food, scale... it's a nightmare!
I sincerely hope you don't get so paranoid.
But in general looks like your food plan it's working as you expected, right? If it is, celebrate!!! Go out and have tons of fun! Just stay away from food! ehehehehe
