Or, more accurately, he ran into her. Helen stumbled backwards, the wind knocked out of her, luckily hitting the bulkhead rather than the floor.
She pressed a hand to her torso, eyes wide with surprise, and gasped for air as she stared at the young man. A Vulcan, running along the corridors?

"Au a--" He paused, no, Lloannsu. "Where is here?" He asked quietly, urgently. He didn't want to hurt civilians, he'd be dragged across the yard for just talking to one instead of continuing on, but he didn't know where he was going. The layout of this place was all wrong, nothing like the charts he'd learned.

"Here?" she repeated. Did he mean the starbase, the corridor...of course. She knew all about the people suddenly appearing from other universes, but she'd never actually witnessed it before. She smiled reassuringly. "Not where you're expecting to be?"
