I don't have a computer yet. I ordered one at Woolworth's and was supposed to get it on Friday, but apparently it won't be in until Tuesday (evil). For that reason I'm using a computer in the Central Library of Bolton. I have a lot to tell, but since I only have an hour on this computer, I'll try to make it as brief as possible.

About half a year ago I sat in Spanish class and wrote a lot of BOLTONOTLOB in my notebook instead of paying attention to the teacher. I carefully counted the months until I'd be in the country of Her Majesty, and dreamed about England while listening to my favourite English bands.

Either the postal service or the University of Bolton lost one of my application forms. Good thing I called them, so I found out about this. I really hope this turns out fine, because not getting a place in the halls of residence would be a bitch. I wouldn't know where else to live.

I've just printed out an application for a scholarship given by the British embassy which all Icelanders meaning to study in England can apply for. Everyone please cross your fingers for me!

And I should probably confirm that I'm going to Notlob. No changing minds now.
