I don't even know what a land com is, but I'm happy you're also a Community fan. I love that show. :)

A land comm is the name they use for games that use the term land, so for instance this is Community Land. They also have like Legend Land (for legend of the seeker), Disney Land, etc. Anyway it's just a challenge community where you're on a team and you complete challenges, such as writing, puzzles, games or digital art like wallpapers, icons, etc. It's really silly but too much fun. Mostly it's a fun way for fans to get together and have fun : )

I'm so excited that you love Community. It's the most absurdly awesome show ever!

Thanks for explaining this land thing -- I don't think I have time for anything like that, but at least now I know what it is!

Anyway, I don't remember the last time I was enthusiastic about a show during its first season as I've been about Community. There are other shows that are just as good, but not many that STARTED this good. And that paintball episode must have been one of the greatest single episodes of a comedy that I've ever seen.

It also fits in well with the rest of the NBC Thursday night lineup, which cannot be said for some of the other shows they've tried. The best I can say about Kathy and Kim or the current 100 Questions is that it gives me a good opportunity to take a shower without missing any of the GOOD shows.
