Ike is going to slam into Galveston around Saturday and is supposedly the biggest storm they've seen in a long time. It's not really the strength that is really the problem here, but the sheer storm surge that's going to be caused by a storm that massive. I know I put a few people through a bit of a scare last night mentioning that my apartment was hit by a tornado. It was, and though the damage around shows it, it wasn't bad enough to really harm anyone.
