Cooking- yes me and cooking in the same sentence

A lot has happened since Friday, but I'm not going to write about all that because then I'd have to think about it all and frankly I'm quite content to sit here in front of Charlie Gibson and the World News and ignore everything else. Head in the sand, that's my new philosophy

I remember this one time...

Did we really ever cook much? We must have eaten something, but my memories are fuzzy..

Except!

for that time you tried to make a chicken dish and you bought the wrong kind of Worcestershire (not that the dish turned out badly... it was pretty tasty, but it was the wrong color)!! I will always remember that because until that night I had NO IDEA they made two different types!

I'm glad the swordfish was great and repeatable!! I'm still afraid of fish :)

OMG I had totally forgotten about that! :) I remember I was so freaked out it was going to be bad and I DO remember you mumbling about how yeah you didn't even know they came in different types:) That was funny. We didn't cook that much. I mean occassionally on weekends you would. I remember one afternoon/night in particular when you made meatballs...mmm meatballs. They were soooo good. It was your grandma's recipe I think. I remember being shocked that bread went into meatballs:) Mainly I remember us going to El Compadre a lot...mmm flaming margaritas!

oh yeah... margaritas I could go for a flaming one right about now... and it's no where near noon yet! :( I hope you thank the gods daily that you're not stuck working with a huge group of Italians (eek! Did I write that out loud?)!!

Yeah, fish totally scares me. Not sure why, but I just don't know how to cook it. Haven't yet attempted it.
