I haven't been sleeping these days and it's really getting to me. Today at Saint Pauls I ended up being an hour late and when I got there everyone thought something was wrong with me and I kept getting asked "are you alright?"

I was writing a list of things we need for the church nursery but I kept losing focus and when I reread the list to myself
