Across from your store about four years ago I was walking home from work. A man (in fact he sounds quite like the man you describe - however that is a large population of the same look down there) asked me for change. I reached in my pockets and all I had to give him was a 5-cent piece. I told him that this is all I had but he could have it. He took it, studied it for about 1 nano-second and threw it into oncoming traffic.

ARGH.

I could have used that five cents.
