It's so nice to be back at school! I missed all of you so much, I'm sorry I left without a reason. A family emergency arose so I had to rush right home. You see, mom caught a nasty flu and was out of commission for quite some time. So while dad panicked in his normal way, I went home and helped out with the preschool. It was so nice to see the kids

I couldn't have been better! As nice as it is to see you again (and it's very nice), Lloyd has also started coming out of his room and talking again. If anything more exciting happens this week I worry I might burst from excitement.

Mothers are like that though. One moment, they're saying how much they love you and miss you, the next they're shoving you out of the nest and hoping you fly before you land on the ground. Sick or not, in the end she just wants to see you soar.

Hee, I couldn't agree more. My mom is exactly like that. It's my dad, on the other hand, that doesn't want me to leave the nest. But you know how dads can be. They just can't stand the thought of their little girls growing up. But that's just how parents are, I suppose.

That's so like you, hee hee. Well, maybe someone would be kind enough to lend you a map. It is a fairly big campus, so getting lost is more common than you'd probably think. Don't worry about it, I'm sure you'll get the hang of the school layout in no time.

Thank you, Lucas. I'm sorry for worrying you. But helping out with the preschool was a lot more work than I thought it would be! Normally I just help my mom, but having to take care of the kids by myself kept me very busy. But you're right, of course. I should have taken time off to written an e-mail to everyone.

I did try to contact someone with telepathy, but that didn't work so well...
