I saw goldy_dollar do this and it sounded so fantastic, but I didn't have enough motivation to do it too until beingfacetious started it too. I can't resist when Catey starts doing Who-y things so I must join in. ALL ABOARD THE 30 DAYS OF HARD DECISIONS EXPRESS INDEED. xD xD xD

I had to narrow down a very very very very very very very long list.
The winner might be the one in Time Crash:
Fifth Doctor: To days to come.
Tenth Doctor: All my love to long ago.
It just sums up all that is so brilliant and fantastic about the nature of the Doctor Who. Looking forward to new adventures while treasuring those pase. So poignant and ever so lovely.
Honourable mentions (yes multiple mentions because I say it can be so!):
2) Coming very close in second place: I'm burning up a sun just to say goodbye. ("Doomsday")

There's a lot more I could probably include in this ... like River Song's 'everyone lives' ending in The Forest of the Dead, the Doctor telling Jackson Lake that everyone leaves/forgets him in The Next Doctor, the "some new man goes sauntering away ... and I'm dead" cafe scene with Wilf in The End of Time. I know half of what's listed from 1 to 6 came from series 5, most probably because it is the most recent ones I've watched. Sorry. :p
