"Hyung, you okay? Don't tell me you're that weak."
With his 5th bottle of beer in his hand, he stared at me with the slightest tease in his eyes, a loop-sided smile emerging. I glared at him and took a deep breath. The air in the bar was thick with the smell of alcohol and cigars. It was weighing down on me.
"Come on,let's go. You think like shit."
"What? No, no, no. We're just getting started". He swayed his arms wildly as he said this like some lost idiot. "Drink, hyung, drink. We have the whole night to waste".
We have the whole night to waste. I reached for my beer and took a sip. I was not cut out for drinking. A single bottle could knock me out like I already had 10 of it. I closed my eyes and breathed in. What the heck was I doing here? He pulled me from the bed and asked me if I could drink with him. What was his problem anyway?
"You look good tonight."
"Hee, that's established fact."
"Getting cocky huh? I see I'm contagious."
"Contagious? You're an epidemic."
"What's that? Like I'm some disease? Don't get smart with me."
"Hmmm. Are you asking me not to talk at all?"
"Shut up. I like you, you know that right?"
"Been repeating it for the past 60 minutes. You're drunk, Hee."
"Yeah, maybe."
"What if I say I like you too? Would it matter?"
"I guess.Depends if I'm really drunk or not."
"Hmm. So are you drunk?"
"I don't know either."
"You really are an idiot. But I like you back, you know that right?."
"You're drunk hyung."
"Maybe. How's Hankyung?"
"Why do you ask?"
"Is it so wrong? Just checking. You want me to force it out of you?"
"Maybe I'd like that. A little violence is nice."
"That's very suggestive of you. Just answer the question dammit"
"He's fine.I guess. We're good."
"Something tells me that's a lie."
"That's the truth."
"Is it? That's sad."
"Why? That doesn't satisfy you?"
"I want you to drop him."
"I can do that. What's in it for me? "
"Pleasure."
"That's quite tempting."
"Of course it is. It's me."
"Do you even like me?"
Lifting myself from my seat, I walked across the table and stood next to him. Then without even thinking I bent down and did the simplest thing. I kissed him slowly, the taste of bittersweet alcohol in his mouth. At first I was leading him on then I felt him moving inside of me, tempting me to go deeper and deeper. I stopped only to nibble on ear and whisper "Is that good for an answer?" His cheeks turned into a pinkish shade and I felt the heat escape him. I brushed my hand on his chin and lifted it, urging him to get up.
