AGI > STR > R, Att?

So this question is for the few of you who play FFXI.

Debating whether I should use my Crimson hands or Seiryu's kote for weapon skilling. (Using bow/arrow.)

I know STR is ussually better, but is AGI better than R.Att? And at what point?

Not sure what else to write. *shrug*
