It only takes a second to get to Amazon or Borders’ or Powell’s site and put in my order for my favorite author’s soon to be released book. I can’t wait to get my hands on it, read it cover-to-cover while the summer rains drive me indoors for a cup of tea, or, dare I dream, out under the patio umbrella while I recline on the lounger during a sun

What souvenirs did you bring back from your pilgrimage? LOL!

We need to get together one of these afternoons. I work in such an inconvenient location now! But we really need to do something. I miss you!

I mail order most of my books because of not having a car, but I never turn down an opportunity to go to a brick-and-mortar store. Just looking at all those books makes me feel enriched!

I managed to find a coupon which aided in my acquisition of a book written by a local author. Now I'll have to remember to take it to my next chapter meeting so she can sign it. lol
I would love to get together and am willing to drive out to where you work if it means getting to have lunch with you. Talk about making a pilgrimage!
